Adil Nasir at the grand opening of Frontier Pain Relief

Adil launched his first healthcare company at 24 — a single pain clinic in Clearwater, Florida that he grew into Frontier Pain Relief, a multi-location interventional pain management platform built through organic growth, practice acquisitions, and multiple capital transactions.

He also founded Alycium Inc., a cardiac monitoring medical device company, after losing his father to a sudden heart attack.

Today, Adil operates across both the healthcare platform and medical device spaces.

Build to hold.

Adil's approach is to design an organization he'd be comfortable holding indefinitely. That principle governs everything from how he structures capital to how he selects partners to how patients are onboarded on day one.

Conviction over comfort.

"In an industry that has forgotten who it serves, the only defensible position is to build for the patient."
